GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) have been established by Jõhvi Pargi Arendus Kaubandus OÜ, registry code 14389312, located at Keskväljak 4, Jõhvi (hereinafter referred to as the “Center” or “Party”), represented by the member of the management board, Urmas Sardis, in establishing and amending these Terms.

The Center owns and operates the Pargi Keskus shopping center at Puru tee 1, Jõhvi parish, Ida-Viru County, 41534 (hereinafter “Pargi Keskus” or “Party”). Tel: +372 4841001

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF GIFT CARDS

1.1. The right to use the gift cards issued by the Center belongs to any customer who presents it to the Merchant, meaning that the Gift Cards are not personalized. The nominal value indicated on the Gift Cards is both their price in euros when purchased by the customer and their purchasing power in euros at the Merchant (hereinafter “Nominal Value”). The Nominal Values are €10, €20, and €50, which are indicated on the front of each Gift Card.

1.2. The Gift Card can be used as a means of payment up to the amount indicated on the gift card until the end of its validity period. The Merchant accepts the Gift Cards as a means of payment, considering the amount indicated on the gift card to cover the respective purchase price. If the purchase price exceeds the total amount on the Gift Card(s) presented by the customer, the Merchant allows the customer to pay the difference in cash or by bank card.

1.3. If the purchase price is less than the total amount on the Gift Card(s) presented by the customer, the difference will not be refunded to the customer.

1.4. The Merchant does not accept damaged Gift Cards, particularly Gift Cards with a removed corner or those where the text (including numbers) is partially or completely unreadable.

1.5. Gift Cards have a limited validity period of 12 months from the date of sale. The last valid day of the Gift Card is handwritten on the corresponding line on the front of the Gift Card. The validity period of the Gift Card will not be extended.

1.6. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or a new gift card. Pargi Keskus will not replace the gift card or refund the amount on it if the gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged. Pargi Keskus is not responsible for any damages caused to the gift card purchaser or rightful user if the gift card falls into the hands of third parties.

1.7. Pargi Keskus is not responsible for any consequences or damages arising from the failure of the gift card purchaser or rightful user to comply with these general terms and conditions.

1.9. The Pargi Keskus gift card is not valid at the following locations: R-Kiosk, Euroreis, Oomipood, Faina Beauty, Elisa, Apotheka, Virumaa Puhastus, D Päike, H&M, Pepco, bank branches, insurance offices, and temporary sales points and service providers in the general areas of the center.

1.10. Pargi Keskus reserves the right to unilaterally amend these general terms and conditions, providing relevant information with 30 days’ notice on the website www.pargikeskus.ee
